On this site used to stand the tatty but heartfelt Fine Arts Cinema. It was pulled down a few years ago and local developer Patrick Kennedy took over from there. It feels a little slick and soul-less to me. How does it feel to you?

When we moved away the first floor commercial space still was not occupied. What did they end up putting in there? The Fine Arts is surely missed.

Looks like they're putting in an Herbivore (veggie restaurant) and, uh ... something else. My mind's blanking. I'm not seeing much that's exciting. I'll keep you posted!
